What better day for the contest to conclude than on the longest day of the year (well, at least in the Northern Hemisphere)? Favorites: Lots of favoriting has been going on in the MCP gallery. Do NOT favorite in the club gallery! We provide a link to each and every original photo so that the author can benefit from the favorite. Please, follow the link to the original photo to comment and to favorite accordingly. We thank you, and we're sure that the artist thanks you as well.

We receive hundreds and hundreds of submissions each month, which we review and from which we carefully choose selections in our effort to deliver some of the best monochrome photography we have seen right to your deviantWATCH. We do not have time to correspond with all of you via note or critique your photos. The submissions volume is that high! Thanks for your understanding.

The maintenance of this club can grow out of control. If you are interested in getting your work in our gallery we ask that you follow a few guidelines. They are:

1) Learn and follow the rotation! -> [link]
2) Do not note us asking why your submission was not included in the gallery. Taking time to respond to such inquiries robs us from the time it takes to review and submit photos to the gallery.
3) Submit no more than one photo per submissions period.
4) Do not send colour photographs. This rule is included, of course, because color photographs have been submitted to us!
5) We browse with the mature content filter turned on. There is enough high quality fine art so that this isn't really an issue for us. It keeps our gallery friendly to deviants of all ages! The dA population is very young.
